Sex and intimacy coaching through the Somatica Method® is a call to action. Unlike traditional talk therapy, this method invites you to practice real time with your partner if engaging in couples sessions or with me as your practitioner in a carefully curated relationship lab.
How do we learn intimacy building skills such as consent conversations, boundary exploration, or fantasy fulfillment? Through embodied action. This method has been carefully cultivated to marry the soma (body) and the psyche (mind).

My name is Rhea and I am so excited and ready to take you on this full mind body journey. I am a trained somatic sex and intimacy coach through the Somatica Institute. I am passionate about this method of guiding and have seen it change lives. Humans are pleasure seeking creatures, life in this world has a tendency to make us forget that. Working with me will remind you to come back to or discover your pleasure center.
Outside of this work I am a passionate mom of two beautiful dog guides, I have a passion for movement and dance medicine. I am also a Master level reiki practitioner and kink and BDSM educator.
